The two-room apartment 'consists of a bathroom ,a separate double bedroom,a living area with kitchenette in which there is ,separated by a closet,another sleeping area consisting of 2 double beds including 1 loft

The apartment is ideal for both families and groups of friends.Convenient for those traveling by car because it is located in an area accessible to traffic (NO ZTL)and also because it is very close to the largest parking lot in the center of Bologna.(parking lot 8 Agosto)As already mentioned it is a minimalist apartment but with everything you need,including cutlery,dishes,and microwave oven

The apartment is strategically located on the Piazza dell'8 Agosto in the center of Bologna close to Via Indipendenza which is one of the main streets that connects the central station with Piazza Maggiore.The apartment is accessible by car as it is not limited traffic zone (NO ZTL),parking is very convenient

Massimo and his wife are great people to rely on anytime, despite the Christmas holidays we stayed in, they were always ready for any of our requests and needs. Decent and impeccable people, you don't need transportation to get around it is all within walking distance within minutes.

The outstanding thing to mention is the host Massimo who was really the icing on the cake of our stay. Extremely receptive and helpful in interaction, Massimo, was super nice finding us a quick and free alternative solution to be able to leave our luggage after check out time.

The place has great location, close to most attractions and Massimo is an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. He let us check out later which was very convenient.
The accommodation had everything we needed and the only downside was that it was a bit humid so there was a distinct smell inside. However, since we spent very little time there, we didn't really mind it. All in all, worth the price we paid :)
